During the session; NPD employees provided detailed information to participants about all portals included in AGEOPS and AVRCS. Additionally; vendors were informed about obtaining and using the Vendor Procurement Identification Number (vPIN) and were encouraged to register their companies in the system. This registration will enable them to easily access project announcements and tender documents; related to the country's procurement entities. The AVRCS plays a vital role in expediting the procurement process, fostering consortium opportunities, promoting sustainable development through participation, evaluating company capabilities, ensuring fair competition, and enhancing the professionalism of participating companies.
