KABUL: Today, Tuesday, October 30, 2024, the Electronic Procurement System Development Department (EPSD) of the National Procurement Directorate (NPD) conducted practical training and public awareness sessions for officials from the Finance and Administration Deputy Ministry, as well as the Procurement Directorate of the Ministry of Education, in two separate meetings held at the Ministry of Education.
